Welcome to the 2024 INERGE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ELECTRIC ENERGY (2024 IINCEE)! 

Get ready for an immersion in the field of electric energy from August 28th to 31st at the Science Center of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), Juiz de Fora campus. Building on the versatility of the last edition and with the goal of reaching success and a larger audience, the event will be a combination of in-person sessions and live broadcasts via the INERGE YouTube channel, ensuring global access. 

The central theme of the 2024 IINCEE will be “Energy Transition,” a crucial topic for the sustainable future of our planet. We will explore the innovations, challenges, and opportunities shaping this ever-evolving landscape.

This event would not be possible without the strategic collaboration and organization of INERGE, IEEE, Red Ribierse, ENTENSE, and other dedicated partners. We deeply appreciate the joint efforts of our organizers and supporters, making this internationally significant event a reality. 

In addition to high-level academic discussions, the 2024 IINCEE will include a series of parallel events to enhance the experience for all participants, adding dynamism to the conference and piquing curiosity and interest. We especially highlight the integration with INERGE’s Science Outreach Program, involving local schools in educational and inspiring activities. 

On Saturday, August 31st, we invite the public to “Open Doors Engineering,” a family-friendly opportunity! During this experience, laboratories from all engineering courses at UFJF will be showcased in a science fair format, featuring interactive experiments and games—an afternoon to engage with innovative projects developed by our undergraduate students.
